Our peptide therapies are also known as secretagogues – a substance that promotes secretion. These amino acid chains communicate with the body to produce or release growth hormone. The increased volume of human growth hormone produced by the pituitary gland causes an increase in the production of Insulin-Like Grow Factor-1 (IGF-1) by the liver and results in several health benefits such as:
Decreased body fat
Increased muscle mass
Improved energy & strength
Improved quality of sleep
Increases physical and mental performance
Enhances calcium retention
Improves skin elasticity
Aids in connective tissue repair post injury
CJC 1295 is a 30 amino acid peptide hormone, primarily functioning as a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. Research supports that CJC 1295 stimulates HGH secretion and can provide a steady increase of HGH and IGF-1 with minimal effect on cortisol and prolactin levels.
Ipamorelin acts as a synthetic ghrelin analogue that stimulates the release of an endongenous growth hormone within the somatotropes of the anterior pituitary. Ipamorelin increases the number of somatotropes in a GH pulse by limiting the amount of somatostatin present.
Ipamorelin is very similar to GHRP 2 and 6 in that it mimics ghrelin and targets a specific HGH pulse. However, unlike other GHRP’s, this peptide doesn’t affect the release of cortisol, acetylcholine, prolactin, and aldosterone thereby miniminzing side effects. There is also less hunger stimulation as commonly seen with GHRP 6.
