    I started trying to lose weight on my own by tracking my meals, cutting calories (and carbs),
    paying attention to macros, and exercising regularly (3-5x/week) in March. Between March and
    May, I had lost 3lb. Then I found Trim Carb Revolution…. What I barely lost in 8 weeks I
    doubled that loss in the FIRST week of the detox.
    Week 1 was a little tough, but seeing the results kept me motivated to continue. Week 4 into the
    program I was curious to see if I’d get big results again after losing so much the first 3 weeks
    (was the big drop just because it was Week 1?). Obviously, I didn’t get quite the same results as
    Week 1, but pretty close… 4 lbs! I think it proves that the specific concepts behind the
    Trim Diet really are the winning ticket. After these 4 weeks, I now feel like this is my lifestyle and
    not just a diet. I have been researching the science behind this and I think it’s a great way to

    I had been doing Nutrisystem since the end of February (5 months). I lost 35 lbs doing that and then it seemed like I came to a stalemate by the 4th month. The food isn’t bad but I wouldn’t want to live off of it forever. The weight loss was definitely more rapid with the detox plan. I felt good when we did it. I really didn’t notice getting hungry, I think the shot in the afternoon really helped me there. But I sure was ready to eat after work each night!! I feel it has really helped me to reach my goal weight. I am so so close. Not to mention how great it is to wake up and have lost 3 lbs overnight!!

    I had been doing the 21 day fix for several months and could only manage to get a pound off here and there and then always seemed to put it back on even though I felt I ate healthy. So doing this program and losing 6 pounds in the first week was amazing! I have kept the weight off over the past month and now have a great eating structure that I can follow to maintain it. Super easy to follow, Im currently in phase 3 for the last 2 month and have kept my weight off!
