All orders are shipped via FedEx. FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Cold items, expedited orders and orders over $400.00 may require a signature upon delivery. Please note that although you may select expedited shipping, the pharmacy may take up to 48 hours to process your prescription. TelewellnessMD will not be held liable for packages left unattended. Changes to shipping address once in process will incur a $13.95 intercept fee. Your local FedEx driver may determine that your package requires a signature upon delivery, this is beyond the control of TelewellnessMD or the pharmacy.
Most prescriptions and orders will routinely be shipped within 48 – 72 hours of purchase however there may be delays in processing due to stock status, inclement weather, etc..
All prescriptions for cold items received after 11:00 am EST will be held until the next business day. Prescriptions for cold items received after 11:00 am EST Thursday will be held for shipment until the following Monday to ensure product arrives cold. We do not ship internationally. Inclement weather and certain holidays may delay shipping, TelewellnessMD and Trim Nutrition cannot prevent these delays and cannot accept liability. You will receive a tracking number directly from FedEx when your order is processed by the pharmacy or our shipping department, please check your email (including spam folder).
NON-REFUNABLE: Our products are for human consumption and are not refundable under any circumstance. If your product is damaged during delivery please contact FedEx and your Wellness Advisor immediately, do not throw anything away.
EXCHANGES: If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please contact your Wellness Advisor immediately at 1-877-659-6050. Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis.
